I truly enjoyed my stay at Cross Foxes. The stunning views and hearty breakfasts enriched my experience. I did notice the wait times for dinner could use improvement. the charm and welcoming atmosphere truly stood out.

The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, with a wide selection that allowed me to mix and match from the menu. I enjoyed the convenience of the onsite restaurant after exploring the area throughout the day. Having free parking was beneficial since finding space in the area can be tricky. I even decided to venture into town for dinner on one of the nights.

Try the local ales in the cozy bar area. they offer a unique taste of the region you won't want to miss.

We enjoyed a delightful 4-night stay in a spacious suite with charming decor. The kids loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom, and we appreciated the personal touch of fresh milk for our tea. Breakfast with hearty portions kept us energized for exploring. Highly recommend!

The breakfast spread was mint, especially the fresh fruit and cooked-to-order hot dishes! The surroundings were stunning, making it a perfect backdrop for a cozy stay.

Dinner service was a bit of a faff – we had to wait ages for our food, and the vegetarian options were a bit scarce. Our room had some noise from the road that was a tad distracting but nothing we couldn’t handle.

We stayed for 2 nights in a Superior Double Room. Dinner was a highlight. the burgers were juicy and the Belgian waffle was divine. The setting is stunning and a great spot for anyone into aviation, with jets flying by regularly.
